Free Warranty Service for Non-human Damages in the First Year
We provide a 1-year limited warranty for each order. During the warranty period, we will repair the unit for free if it's not damaged by human error.
Man-made damage includes, but is not limited to: damage caused by dropping, water permeating, etc.
User Training and Technical Support
During warranty period, remote training & technical support are provided via phone and video conferencing.
Warranty Extension
Extend the default warranty to another 1-2 years and the extension depends on individual cases.
In principle, warranty extension needs to be purchased together with the product.
Paid Repair Service
Paid repair is provided for man-made damages.
You could send the broken product back to the manufacturer (Soarability) for paid repair, or you could also ask the manufacturer (Soarability) to provide onsite repair at additional cost.

With the purchase of any new Soarability product, we offer Limited Free Warranty Service (for Non-human damages)to our customer in the First Year.

Terms and Conditions
This warranty applies to Soarability products, (collectively, “Product”), which are guaranteed to be free from defects in materials or workmanship in the warranty period. Defects that occur within the warranty period, under normal use, will be repaired or replaced, at the discretion of SOARABILITY PTE. LTD. (“the Company”), without charge for parts or labor.
A. Application
To be eligible for services under this warranty (“Warranty Services”),

you must be the original purchaser of the Product; and,

you must purchase the Product from the Company’s dealers or company itself with proper documents proof.

This warranty will be provided to the original purchaser of the retail Product and. WARRANTY IS NOT TRANSFERRABLE to any subsequent purchaser of the Product. There is no warranty on Products purchased second hand of thereafter or from auctions sites.
Benefits conferred by this warranty are in addition to all rights and remedies in respect of the Product that you are entitled to under the applicable laws.
B. Warranty Period

C. Procedure for Obtaining Warranty Services
1. The Product MUST be returned to Soarability in the original factory configuration and condition.
2. Shipping and handling costs of the Product to the Company will be at the customer’s expense and risk. This Warranty does not cover damages or losses caused during transit.
D. Warranty Services
1. Reasonable user training and technical support are provided.
During warranty period, remote training & technical support are provided via phone and video conferencing are supported by company.
2. This warranty does not cover manuals and packaging.
3. The Company may at its discretion either;

Repair defects of the Product at no charge; or
-
Exchange the defective Product with a replacement Product that is at least functionally equivalent to the original Product. If the defective Product is replaced, the defective Product will become the Company's property and will not be returned to you. The replacement Product will be your property.
4. Replacement of the Product or part/component of the Product will not extend or restart the warranty period.
E. Return of Repaired Product / Replacement Product by the Company
1. The product must be returned to the Company in its original factory configuration. To facilitate smooth customs clearance and avoid additional costs, it is imperative to furnish the required commercial invoice amount, as specified by the Company. Failure to adhere to proper invoicing procedures leading to customs tariffs being charged based on the original price may result in additional costs. Such additional charges will be applied to the customer's subsequent purchase.
2. No Warranty Services will be provided if warranty period is expired;
3. This warranty does not cover any defect of, or damage to the Product which is caused by an accident, misuse, abuse, improper installation, or operation, lack of reasonable care, loss of parts, tampering, or attempted repair by a person not authorized by the Company. The Company will not be liable to cover defects of, or damage to the Product if damage, malfunction, or failure has arisen from alterations, accident, misuse, abuse, fire, liquid spillage, aftermarket modifications, use on an incorrect voltage, power surges, and dips, thunderstorm activity, acts of God, voltage supply problems, tampering or unauthorized repairs by any persons, use of defective or incompatible accessories, exposure to abnormally corrosive conditions or entry by any insect, vermin or foreign object in the Product. Warranty will be voided if physical damage occurs to the PCB, chip set, or components caused by improper installation, damage during modification or installation of aftermarket attachment(s), or water or chemical damage of any kind.
4. This warranty does not cover the normal use and tear of the Product.
5. The Company is not liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages caused by the defective Product. The Company is also not liable for the loss of data caused by the defective Product or repair or replacement of the Product.
